摘    要:
以问题为基础学习(problem-based learning,PBL)教学是全球医学教育的发展趋势,北京大学医学部神经生物学系于2003年将PBL教学方法引入本科生神经生物学教学中,采取传统的以授课为基础学习(lecture-based learning,LBL)和在疼痛专题教学中采用PBL教学相结合的教学方式,并对2004级八年制临床医学专业、基础医学专业和口腔医学专业的273名学生进行了神经生物学疼痛专题PBL教学效果的问卷调查。调查结果显示,学生和教师对PBL教学表现出了很高的参与积极性和认可性,教学效果良好。实施LBL和PBL相结合教学方法的探索,为逐步推广和开展适合我国国情的PBL教学提供了一定的参考。

Abstract:
Problem-based learning(PBL) is the trend of global medical education.Department of Neurobiology of Peking University School of Basic Medical Science firstly introduced PBL teaching method into neurobiology course of undergraduates in 2003.In general,we adopted combination of lecture-based learning(LBL) method and PBL about pain perception.According to the questionnaire about PBL to 2004 grade eight-year program,totally 273 students,both the faculty and students participated in the PBL teaching with enthusiasm and accepted this method with pleasure.The combined teaching methods of PBL and LBL is a suitable model for implementing PBL in China.
