头电针治疗血管性痴呆对脑功能成像的影响

目的:通过观察头电针治疗血管性痴呆患者前、后对脑计算机断层显像(PET)的影响,证实大脑皮层的葡萄糖代谢与认知功能相关性,通过研究针刺是否能够增加葡萄糖的代谢量,探索脑功能变化与疗效之间的关系。方法:头电针治疗血管性痴呆6例,结合PET前、后对照,疗程30 d。结果:6例血管性痴呆患者个体头电针治疗前、后不同脑区的脑葡萄糖代谢有不同的改变。结论:个体治疗前、后葡萄糖代谢不同脑区有增高改变。

Influence of scalp electric acupuncture on cerebral function imaging in vascular dementia patients

Objective: To determine the relationship of cognition function in vascular dementia to the cerebral metabolism of glucose,to determine the effect of scalp electric acupuncture on the cerebral metabolism of glucose.Methods: Six patients with vascular dementia were treated using scalp electric acupuncture for 30 days,PET was performed before and after the treatment,the results were compared.Results: The metabolic status of glucose were changed differently in different zones of the brain in vascular dementia patients before and after the scalp electric acupuncture according to the PET.Conclusion: The cerebral metabolism of glucose of vascular dementia increases in different zones of the brain after treatment of scalp electric acupuncture.
