小剂量阿司匹林对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液流变学及肺功能的影响

摘    要:目的:观察小剂量阿斯匹林对老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的血液流变学和肺功能的影响.方法:选取60例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各30例.观察组采用常规治疗同时给予小剂量阿司匹林;对照组只给予用常规治疗.分别于患者治疗前、治疗14d和治疗28d时,测定全血高切粘度、全血低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞聚集指数;测定用力肺活量(forced vital capaci-ty,FVC)、最大呼气中段流量(maximal mid-expiratory flow curve,MMEF)、第1秒用力呼气量(Forced ex-piratory volume in one second,FEV1).结果:治疗后28d时,观察组与对照组相比血液流变学指标均显著降低(P<0.05);用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、最大呼气中段流量(MMEF)均显著升高(P<0.05).结论:小剂量阿司匹林能够降低老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者血液粘度和红细胞聚集能力,同时提高肺功能.

The Effect of Low-dose Aspirin on Hemodynamics and Lung function in Senile COPD Patients
Abstract:Objective:To observe the effect of small dose of aspirin on blood rheology and pulmonary function in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease ( COPD) . Methods: Sixty senile pa-tients with COPD were divided into observation and control groups randomly, 30 cases in each group. Observa-tion group was treated by routine therapy with low-dose aspirin; The control group was treated with routine therapy only. At the time of before-treatment, two and four weeks affter treatment, hemodynamics indexes in-cluding erythrocyte aggregation index were determined. And at the same time forced vital capacity (FVC), maximum tidal mid-expiratory flow ( MMEF) , forced expiratory volume 1 second ( FEV1) were determined. Results:On the 28th day after treatment, compared with control group, blood rheology indexes of the observa-tion group were significantly lower ( P<0.05); Forced vital capacity ( FVC) , maximum tidal mid-expiratory flow ( MMEF ) , forced expiratory volume 1 second ( FEV1 ) of the observation group were significantly in-creased ( P<0.05) . Conclusion:Low-dose aspirin can reduce the blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation ability of elderly patients with COPD, at the same time improve lung function significantly.
