整体护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量及临床疗效的影响

目的：探讨整体护理干预对慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者生活质量及肾功能相关指标水平的影响。方法：选择慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组各30例，对照组实施常规护理，观察组给予整体护理，比较护理前后患者生活质量及肾功能相关指标水平，生活质量采用简明健康调查表（SF－36）评定，肾功能相关指标包括血清肌酐（SCr）和血尿素氮（BUN）。结果：护理前，两组患者 SF－36各维度评分、Scr 及 BUN 水平比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；护理后，两组 SF－36各维度评分、Scr 及 BUN 水平较本组护理前均改善，差异有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：整体护理干预能有效改善慢性肾功能衰竭血液透析患者肾功能相关指标水平，提高患者生活质量，值得临床护理推广应用。

Effects of Holistic Nursing Intervention on the Clinical Efficacy and Quality of Life in Patients with Hematodialysis for Chronic Kidney Failure

Objective: To investigate the effects of holistic nursing intervention on the renal function re -lated index levels and quality of life in patients with hematodialysis for chronic kidney failure .Methods:A to-tal of 60 patients with hematodialysis for chronic kidney failure were selected and randomly divided into obser -vation group and control group , with 30 patients in each group.The control group used usual care , while the observation group used holistic care , and the renal function related index levels and qualities of life before and after the nursing cares were compared .The quality of life was evaluated by short -form health survey (SF-36), and the renal function related indexes included serum creatinine (SCr) and blood urea nitrogen (BUN). Results:Before the nursing care, the two groups had insignificantly different in SF -36 scores, Scr and BUN levels (P>0.05); while after the nursing care, both groups had significantly improved SF -36 scores, Scr and BUN levels compared before the nursing cares (P<0.05).Conclusion: Holistic nursing intervention can ef-fectively improve the index levels related with the renal function and elevate the quality of life in patients with hematodialysis for chronic kidney failure, and the result is worthy of clinical application .
