口腔种植修复对牙列缺损患者咀嚼功能语言功能及治疗满意度的影响

目的：：分析口腔种植修复牙列缺损疗效，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：选取我院在2013年8月至2015年2月收治的牙列缺损患者96例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者实施常规修复治疗，观察组患者实施口腔种植修复治疗，分析两组患者治疗效果。结果：观察组患者修复总有效率(91.7％)高于对照组(75.0％)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前，患者咀嚼功能、语言功能、美观功能等差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)，经过治疗，患者自觉状况均得到改善，观察组患者咀嚼功能(8.91±1.68)、语言功能(9.02±3.25)、固位功能(7.99±1.02)和美观功能(9.10±1.12)均高于对照组咀嚼功能(6.42±0.63)、语言功能(7.85±2.64)、固位功能(6.52±1.85)和美观功能(7.11±0.09)，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后，观察组患者牙周袋指数(2.21±0.29)mm和牙齿表面菌斑指数(0.31±0.15)均低于对照组牙周袋指数(2.89±0.67)mm和牙齿表面菌斑指数(0.75±0.26)，差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(4.2％)低于对照组(18.7％)，差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论：口腔种植修复牙列缺损能够提高疗效和满意度，提高美学效果，具有推广价值。

Effect of Chewing Function,Language Function and Treatment Satisfaction with Oral Implant Rehabilitation in Dentition Defect Patients

Objective:To analyze the effect of chewing function, language function and treatment satis-faction with oral implant rehabilitation in dentition defect patients,and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods:96 patients with dentition defect in hospital from August 2013 to February 2015 were selected,pa-tients were randomly divided into the observer group and the control group. Control group patietns were given routine restorative treatment,observer group pateitns were given oral implant rehabilitation treatment,the treat-ments of patients were compared. Results:Repair observation group total effective rate (91.7%) was signifi-cantly higher than control group (75.0%) (P <0.05).Before treatment, the patient chew difference function, language function and aesthetic function are not obvious (P> 0.05), after treatment, the patients were con-scious condition improved,Chewing function observation group (8.91 ± 1.68), language function (9.02 ± 3. 25), retention function (7.99 ± 1.02) and aesthetic functions (9.10 ± 1.12) were significantly higher than control group chewing function (6.42 ± 0.63), language function (7.85 ± 2.64), retention function (6.52 ± 1.85) and aesthetic functions (7.11 ± 0.09) (P <0.05).After treatment, the observation group periodontal pocket index (2.21 ± 0.29) mm and the tooth surface plaque index (0.31 ± 0.15) were significantly lower than the control group, the periodontal pocket index (2.89 ± 0.67) mm and the tooth surface plaque index (0.75 ± 0.26) (P <0.05).Observer Group complication rate (4.2%) was significantly lower than the control group (18.7%) (P <0.05).Conclusion: Oral Implantology repair dentition defect can improve the efficacy and satisfaction, improve the aesthetic effect, it is worth promoting.
