摘    要:本文研究了CMMH对NGCC-8310的生长和代谢的影响。结果对照组、低浓度组和高浓度组三组间细胞生长曲线、死亡细胞计数和细胞分裂指数都无明显差别(P>0.05)。但细胞的酸性磷酸酶活性增强,硷性磷酸酶、酸性非特异性酯酶活性和糖原含量下降。说明CMMH虽然对NGCC-8310的生长无明显影响,但给药组细胞的代谢已发生一些改变。

Abstract:The effects of carboxymethyl modified hemicellulose (CMMH) on the growth of the human gastric tubular glandular carcinomatous cell line "NGCC-8310" in vitro were investigated. Although the results showed that the cell growth curve, dead cell enumeration and cell division index of the cells cultured in the medium containing CMMH were essentially the same as compared with those of the controls, changes had been demonstrated by cytochemical studies. It revealed that the activities of the alkaline phosphatase and acid non-specific esterase were suppressed, and the polysaeeharide content was diminished. In contrast,the activities of the acid phosphatase were enhanced. These suggest that the metabolism of the carcinomatous cells are interfered to some extent after contact with CMMH.
