经阴道超声造影在诊断鉴别卵巢良、恶性肿瘤中的价值影响

目的:分析经阴道超声造影在诊断鉴别卵巢良、恶性肿瘤中的价值。方法:回顾性分析2016年10月至2017年10月本院收治的58例卵巢肿瘤患者临床资料,均经手术病理检查确诊。所有患者均分别实施经阴道彩色多普勒超声、经阴道超声造影检查。以术后病理结果为标准,判断经阴道彩色多普勒超声、经阴道超声造影的诊断鉴别价值。结果:以术后病理结果为标准。经阴道彩色多普勒超声对良性、恶性病变诊断准确率分别为85.00%(34/40)、77.78%(14/18),整体诊断准确率为82.76%(48/58)。经阴道超声造影对良性、恶性病变诊断准确率分别为97.50%(39/40)、94.44%(17/18),整体诊断准确率为96.55%(56/58)。经阴道超声造影整体诊断准确率高于经阴道彩色多普勒超声,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卵巢良恶性肿瘤鉴别诊断中经阴道超声造影的应用价值更高,能提升诊断准确性,值得进行深入研究和推广。

Value and Influence of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis and Differentiation of Ovarian Benign and Malignant Tumors

Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal ultrasonography in diagnosis and differentiation of benign and malignant ovarian tumors.Methods:The clinical data of 58 patients with ovarian tumor admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to October 2017 were retrospectively analyzed.All were confirmed by surgical pathology.All patients underwent transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and transvaginal sonography.The diagnostic and differential value of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasonography was determined by postoperative pathological results.Results:Postoperative pathological results were taken as the criteria.The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound in benign and malignant lesions was 85.00%(34/40)and 77.78%(14/18)respectively,and the overall diagnostic accuracy was 82.76%(48/58);The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography for benign and malignant lesions was 97.50%(39/40)and 94.44%(17/18)respectively,and the overall diagnostic accuracy was 96.55%(56/58);The overall diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasonography was higher than that of transvaginal color doppler ultrasound,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors,transvaginal ultrasonography is of higher value and can improve the accuracy of diagnosis,which is worthy of further study and promotion.
