摘    要:乳腺癌是女性最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,也是导致女性癌症患者死亡的第二大凶手.近几年,我国乳腺癌的发病率逐年升高,并且患病年龄呈低龄化趋势.乳腺癌发病机制复杂,与多种因素有关,如年龄、家族史和基因变异.随着表观遗传学的发展,DNA的修饰在乳腺癌发生发展中有着重要的作用.文章对DNA甲基化及羟甲基化在乳腺癌中的研究进行综述.

Abstract:Breast cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors in women and the second leading cause of death in female cancer patients.In recent years,the incidence of breast cancer has been increasing in China year by year,and the age of breast cancer patients becomes younger and younger.The pathogenesis of breast cancer is complex and related to many factors,such as age,family history and genetic variation.With the development of epigenetics,DNA modification plays an important role in the occurrence and development of breast cancer.This article reviews the research of DNA methylation and hydroxymethylation in breast cancer.
