摘 要: | 目的:以多源异构数据集成技术为基础,建立一套医院绩效系统。方法:采用ETL数据仓库技术,对医院业务系统的数据多源异构集成。结果:建立了以工作量为基础、重实绩、重贡献,向优秀人才和高技术、高风险关键岗位倾斜的、多形式的薪酬分配体系。结论:ETL集成技术降低了数据集成复杂度,完善了绩效管理分配与考核机制。

Abstract: | Objective:To establish a hospital performance system based on multi-source heterogeneous data integration technology.Methods:ETL data warehouse technology was used to integrate the data of hospital business system.Results:A multi form salary distribution system was established,which was based on workload,focused on performance and contribution,and inclined to excellent talents,high-tech and high-risk key positions.Conclusion:ETL integration technology reduces the complexity of data integration and improves the performance management allocation and evaluation mechanism. |
