基于急诊预检系统生命体征数据接入的实践

目的:通过对患者生命体征仪数据的存储与自动采集,提高急诊预检护士的工作效率。方法:结合镇江市第一人民医院实际情况,通过数据库提供的视图,将存储的数据自动接入到急诊预检系统的生命体征模式框中。结果:部署上线后,生命体征数据的录入效率与准确性显著提高。结论:缩短急诊患者的候诊时间,提高抢救成功率,从而提高患者对医院的满意度。

Practice of Vital Sign Data Access Based on the Emergency Pre-examination System

Objective:To improve the efficiency of nurses in the emergency pre-examination station is based on the patient vital signs of storage and automatic collection.Methods:Considering the actual situation of our hospital,through the view provided by the database,automatically access data stored in the database to the vital signs mode box of the emergency pre-examination system.Results:After the system is deployed,the accuracy of vital signs data and the efficiency of in data input efficiency significantly improved.Conclusion:In this way,we can shorten the waiting time for emergency patients and improve the success rate of rescue.As a result,improve emergency patient’s satisfaction for the hospital.
