雪胆素对实验性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:目的 探讨雪胆素对四氯化碳(CCl4)急性肝损伤的保护作用.方法 建立CCl4急性肝损伤动物模型,用不同剂量雪胆素灌胃,取血清测血清谷丙转氨酶(SALT)、谷草转氨酶(SAST)、血清总蛋白(STP)和血清白蛋白(SALB).结果 高、中、低剂量雪胆素均可明显降低SALT水平,高、中剂量雪胆素可明显降低SAST水平,而对STP和SALB的影响不明显.结论 高、中、低剂量雪胆素均对CCl4所致急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用,其中,高剂量组保护作用最为显著.

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of hemsleyadine on experimental murine liver injury.Methods Murine liver injury model was established by injecting CCl4,liver injury model mice were given intragastric administration with high,middle and low doses of hemsleyadine to treat CCL4-caused liver injury and explore protective effects of hemsleyadine on acute liver injury caused by CCl4.After 16-hour treatment,blood samples were obtained from murine eye and serum samples were isolated from blood,and then the levels of SALT,SAST,STP and SALB were detected.Results High,middle and low dose of this drug significantly reduced SALT level in mice model(compared with liver injury control group,P<0.001);meantime,high and middle also reduced SAST,but none of the three doses has significant effect on STG and SALB.Conclusions Three doses of hemsleyadine all can offer significant protective effect on CCL4-causing acute liver injury in mice,among them,high dose shows the best protective effect.
