| 摘 要： | 目的调查首次住院肿瘤患者对化疗知识需求情况。方法自行设计首次住院肿瘤患者化疗知识需求调查问卷,对首次住院化疗的200例患者进行需求调查。结果患者对化疗方案的认知、化疗的治疗效果及化疗的费用方面的强烈需求达96.00%,对化疗胃肠道反应的强烈需求达92.00%,对脱发的强烈需求达84.00%,对静脉炎的强烈需求仅为24.00%。结论在临床工作中对首次住院肿瘤患者化疗知识需求进行调查分析,后续工作中可针对调查结果给予加强护理,以期促进患者顺利完成化疗周期,提高生活质量,早日康复。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the chemotherapy knowledge requirement of first hospitalized tumor patients.Method Totally,200 patients were investigated with a self-designed chemotherapy knowledge requirement questionnaire for first hospitalized tumor patients.Results To the knowledge about chemotherapy plan,efficacy and cost,96.00% of patients had strong requirement,and 92.00% of patients to gastrointestinal reaction,84.00% of patients to alopecia,24.00% of patients to phlebitis.Conclusion The investigation and analysis of chemotherapy knowledge requirement of first hospitalized tumor patients can provide basis to improve the nursing,promote the acception of chemotherapy circle,improve their quality of life and rehabilitation. |
