| 摘 要： | 目的比较波像差引导的准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术（LASIK）与常规LASIK治疗近视眼的临床疗效。方法采用波前像差引导的LASIK治疗21例（39眼）为试验组,常规LASIK治疗25例（50眼）为对照组,分析两组手术后在高阶像差、屈光度数、视力及患者主观评价方面的差别。结果两组在屈光度数方面均取得良好矫正效果,但在术后高阶像差的检查和患者主观感受方面,试验组均优于对照组。结论波前像差引导的LASIK能显著降低术后高阶像差的增幅,从而改善视觉质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To contrast the clinical effects of wavefront aberration-guided excimer laser in situ keratomileusis （LASIK） with conventional LASIK in the treatment of myopia. Methods Wavefront aberration-guided LASIK was adopted in the treatment of 39 eyes in 21 cases and conventional LASlK in the treatment of 50 eyes in 25 cases,upon which analysis was made after surgery in terms of higher-order aberration, refractive diopter, visual acuity and the patients＇ subjective evaluation. Results The two groups achieved goods results in refractive diop- ter, but experiment group was better than the control group in higher-order aberration and the patients＇ subjective evaluation. Conclusion Wavefront aberration-guided LASIK surgery can significantly reduce the increase in higher-order aberrations in order to improve visual quality. |
