锁骨下静脉置管与股静脉置管的临床应用

目的比较锁骨下静脉置管术和股静脉置管术在临床应用中的优劣。方法对54例肿瘤化疗病人分别采用锁骨下静脉置管术和股静脉置管术,将两种置管方法分为A、B2组,A组为锁骨下静脉置管28例,B组为股静脉置管26例,比较2组一次置管的成功率、留置时间及并发症发生率。结果A组一次置管成功率、留置时间及并发症发生率与B组相比较,经统计学处理有显著差异(P<0.05),A组优于B组。结论锁骨下静脉置管术对肿瘤化疗患者是一种值得推广的输液途径,疗效优于股静脉置管术。

The comparison of clinical application between puncture from subclavian vein and femoral vein

Objective To compare the advantage of clinical application between puncture from subclavian vein and femoral vein.Methods 54 patients with tumour were punctured from subclavian vein and femoral vein separately,and two methods were divided into group A and group B,group A were punctured from subclavian vein and group B were punctured from femoral vein.There were 28 patients in group A and 26 patients in group B.The success ratio,keeping time and the complication incidence were compared between two groups.Results The success ratio,keeping time and the complication incidence of group A were better than group B,and there were significant differences between two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Puncture from subclavian vein should be popularized and its effect is better than femoral vein.
