摘    要:目的评价过氧化氢低温等离子体灭菌机灭菌效果,并探讨有机物对其灭菌效果的影响及所用的微生物学试验方法。方法以嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞ATCC7953作为指示菌,不锈钢针为载体,聚四氟乙烯材料的软管与套管做成模拟内镜体进行模拟现场试验;以临床常见的耐药菌株为代表菌,小牛血清为有机物进行有机物影响试验。结果CASP-80A低温等离子体灭菌机在灭菌处理周期为89min时,能够杀灭嗜热脂肪杆菌芽胞;5%~10%有机物存在时,会降低低温等离子体灭菌机的灭菌效果。结论该低温等离子体灭菌机可用于不耐高温、不耐湿的医疗器械灭菌,灭菌前应彻底清洗器械。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate sterilization efficacy of hydrogen dioxide plasma body and influence of organic substance and adopted microbiological test method.Methods Bacillus stearothermophilus spore ATCC 7953 was used as indicator,stainless steel needles were as carriers and tubes made of polytetrafluoroethylene material were as mimic endoscopes,imitative on-the-spot test were performed;clinical common resistant bacterial strains and calf serum were used to perform organic substance influence test.Results CASP-80A hydrogen dioxide plasma body can kill Bacillus stearothermophilus spore at sterilization cycle of 89 minutes,when 5%~10% organic substance exists,sterilization efficacy of hydrogen dioxide plasma body will be reduced.Conclusion Hydrogen dioxide plasma body can be used in the sterilization of medical instruments with heat-intolerance and humid-intolerance,instruments must be washed thoroughly before sterilization.
