| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了脑梗死患者治疗前后血浆Hcy和血清GM-CSF和hs-CRP水平的变化及临床意义。方法：应用化学发光法、放射免疫分析和免疫比浊法对32例脑梗死患者进行了治疗前后血浆Hcy和血清GM-CSF和hs-CRP检测,并与35名正常健康人作比较。结果：治疗前脑梗死患者血浆Hcy和血清GM-CSF和hs-CRP水平非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0.01）。经3个月治疗后血浆Hcy和血清GM-CSF和hs-CRP水平与正常人组比较无显著性差异（P〉0.05）。患者组治疗前后血浆Hcy有显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：Hcy可能造成血管内皮损伤及功能的改变,对脑梗死的发生发展有促进作用,血清GM-CSF和hs-CRP水平的变化与患者的病情和预后密切相关,有重要的临床价值。
