| 摘 要： | 目的探讨CD34抗体包被支架植入预防兔动脉支架内狭窄的效果。方法经颈动脉人路建立兔髂动脉损伤模型，损伤后即刻于右侧植入普通支架，左侧植入抗体支架。45d取样6只，观察CD34抗体包被支架的效果、支架内最狭窄处管腔的百分率及CD34抗体包被支架内新生内膜面积的百分率。结果荧光显微镜下观察结果显示，抗体包被均匀密集。实验组支架内最狭窄处管腔的百分率为（16．13±3．93）％，明显低于对照组（47．03土11．89）％]（P〈0．05）。实验组CD34抗体包被支架内新生内膜面积的百分率为（49．64土6．40）％，明显低于对照组（66．83±6．00）％]（P〈0．05）。结论CD34抗体包被支架能够有效减轻受损动脉支架内狭窄的发生。
