摘    要:目的探讨CD34抗体包被支架植入预防兔动脉支架内狭窄的效果。方法经颈动脉人路建立兔髂动脉损伤模型,损伤后即刻于右侧植入普通支架,左侧植入抗体支架。45d取样6只,观察CD34抗体包被支架的效果、支架内最狭窄处管腔的百分率及CD34抗体包被支架内新生内膜面积的百分率。结果荧光显微镜下观察结果显示,抗体包被均匀密集。实验组支架内最狭窄处管腔的百分率为(16.13±3.93)%,明显低于对照组(47.03土11.89)%](P〈0.05)。实验组CD34抗体包被支架内新生内膜面积的百分率为(49.64土6.40)%,明显低于对照组(66.83±6.00)%](P〈0.05)。结论CD34抗体包被支架能够有效减轻受损动脉支架内狭窄的发生。
