| 摘 要： | 目的观察IL-6、TNF-α在系膜增生性肾小球肾炎中的作用。方法采用酶联免疫吸附实验,检测90例系膜增生性肾小球肾炎患者血清IL-6、TNF-α水平,与30例正常对照组比较,用SPSS软件对数据进行分析。结果系膜增生性肾小球肾炎病人TNF-α、IL-6水平明显升高（P〈0.01）,并与其严重程度相关。结论系膜增生性肾小球肾炎病人有细胞免疫功能紊乱,TNF-α、IL-6水平增高可能与其发生、发展有关,并可作为病情判断及疗效的观察指标。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the changes and the clinical significant of serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 level in patients with mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis. Method The serum levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in 90 cases of mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis were determined by ELISA, and the data were compared with control group. Result Serum levels TNF-α and IL-6 in mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis patients were significantly higher than control group and correlated with the severity of the disease. Conclusion It suggested that immune dysfunction exist in patients with mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis. The serum levels of TNF-α and IL- 6 may be associated with the development of the disease, and can be used as a new indicator of mesangioproliferative glomerulonephritis. |
