北京市科普活动人群热带病健康知识现状和需求调查

目的了解北京地区一般人群对热带病健康知识了解的状况和需求，探讨一般人群健康教育的最佳教育和服务模式。方法采用科普活动现场随机抽样、现场问卷的调查方法，运用软件包进行统计分析。结果对问卷所列11种常见热带病认知程度较高的是：广州管圆线虫病、麻风病、疟疾、登革热、血吸虫病。但最高认知度也只达到所调查人群的50％。文化程度大学及以上与其他组人群相比，在大部分热带病的认知度上（P〈0．05），差异有统计学意义；而对20-39岁年龄组与其他年龄组进行分析，只有一项结果显示显著性差异；在获取知识途径上，分析大学以上文化程度和20-39岁年龄组人群，通过网络、书籍、报刊获取知识比率较大。调查人群中有291（69％）人不了解也不知道北京热带医学研究所是专看热带病的医院。95％（399／420）的人认为很有必要开展热带病的健康普及教育。结论相关部门应关注，向一般人群提供适宜的热带病健康教育普及、咨询和服务。

Investigation of the Tropical Diseases Knowledge Among the People and Their Demand for Health Education on Tropical Diseases in Beijing

Objective To investigate the tropical diseases knowledge among the people and their demand for the health education on tropical diseases in Beijing, and find the best mode of education and service for the health education on tropical diseases. Methods The survey was performed by questionnaire on the spot on random selected individuals and the data was analyzed by statistic software. Results Among all the 11 kinds of common tropical diseases in the questionnaire, the diseases that the people more familiar with were Guangzhou angiostrongylus disease, leprosy, malaria, dengue fever, and schistosomiasis. But only 50% of surveyed individuals could give the answers. The levels of understanding of most tropical diseases among the college-educated and lower-educated groups showed remarkably different（P〈0.05） ; but no significant different between the 20-39 age group and other age groups. The college-educated group and the 20-39 age groups obtained their knowledge through internet, books, and newspapers. 291 （69%）of interviewee did not know the Tropical Medicine Research Institute at all. 95% （399/420） of the people demand for the health education on tropical diseases urgently. Conclusion The society should pay attention to the needs of the public and provide them suitable health education, consulting and services on the tropical diseases.
