| 摘 要： | 目的了解我军医学院校研究生培养的需求情况。方法采用问卷法,随机调查7所军队医院2004—2008年医护技人员的学历构成和流动情况等。结果具有研究生学历的医护技人员不断增多,而且多毕业于军队院校。结论军队医学院校培养的研究生质量较高;军队医疗机构对其需求量大。

| Abstract: | Objective To find out the demands of military medical graduate students.Methods Seven military hospitals were randomly investigated to know the diploma composing and personnel flowing of the physicians,nurses and technicians from 2004 to 2008 with questionnaires.Results The number of the physicians,nurses and technicians with the corresponding diplomas was increasing.They were more from military academies than from local ones.Conclusion The quality of the graduate students from military medical academies is much better.The demand for them is large. |
