健康教育护理干预在妊娠期缺铁性贫血患者治疗中的效果评价

摘    要:目的 分析健康教育护理措施对妊娠期缺铁性贫血的干预效果.方法 将100例缺铁性贫血孕妇分为两组,对照组50例给予常规治疗,观察组50例在抗贫血治疗的同时采用多种形式的健康教育方法指导.对入选者在整个孕期持续观察随访了解贫血恢复情况,评价健康教育干预效果.结果 观察组孕妇对缺铁性贫血病因、危害等疾病相关知识了解情况、用药依从性、合理膳食方面明显高于对照组(P<0.05).经健康教育干预后观察组贫血孕妇恢复情况较对照组明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组干预后的红细胞计数、血红蛋白、网织红细胞、红细胞平均血红蛋白均显著高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组以上指标有所升高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 健康教育干预可以提高孕妇自我保健意识,增加对孕期补充铁剂的依从性,使患缺铁性贫血的孕妇得到科学合理的治疗和管理,达到理想的治疗效果,是防治孕妇缺铁性贫血行之有效的可靠方法.

Abstract:Objective To analyze the intervention effect of health education on iron deficiency anemia in pregnancy.Methods One hundred cases of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia were divided into two groups,50 cases in the control group only received routine therapy,50 cases in the observation group used the methods of health education in various forms of guidance,using anemia treatment at the same time.Subjects throughout the pregnancy continued follow-up observation to understand anemia recovery,the effect of health education intervention were evaluated.Results In the observation group,the awareness of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia cause harm,disease related knowledge,medication compliance,reasonable diet were significantly higher than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05).The observation intervention group after health education of pregnant woman with anemia recovery was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05).The RBC,Hb,Ret and MCH of patients in observation group intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention,the differences were significant (P 〈 0.05) ; the above index of the control group patients increased,but had no significant difference (P 〉 0.05).Conclusions Health education intervention can improve the maternal consciousness of ego health care,increase the compliance of iron supplementation during pregnancy,the suffering from iron deficiency anemia in pregnant women to get scientific and reasonable treatment and management,and achieve the desired therapeutic effect.Prevention and treatment of pregnant women with iron deficiency anemia is a effective and reliable method.
