光动力治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的护理与疗效分析

目的 探讨氨酮戊酸光动力疗法（ALA-PDT）治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的护理及疗效.方法 对156例尿道尖锐湿疣患者进行术前健康教育、术中配合指导、术后护理后,应用ALA-PDT进行治疗.结果 156例尿道尖锐湿疣患者经过1～6次治疗后疣体全部脱落,尿道无溃疡、粘连、狭窄,半年后随访复发16例.结论 ALA-PDT与护理配合是治疗尿道尖锐湿疣的有效方法,规范操作及良好的护理有助于提高其疗效.

Efficacy analysis of ALA-PDT for condylomata acuminata of urethra combined with nursing care

Objective To investigate the efficacy of aminolevulinic acid-photodynamic therapy （ALA-PDT） on condylomata acuminata of urethra and its associated nursing care during the therapy.Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with condylomata acuminata of urethra were given heath education prior the treatment,guided in being partnership in the therapy process and taught how to care after treatment,then they were treated with ALA-PDT.Results After 1 to 6 sessions of treatment,all the 156 patients with condylomata acuminata of urethra got their warts cleared out.No urethra ulcer,accretio or stenosis was observed.Recurrence was observed in 16 patients at 6-month follow-up visit.Conclusions ALA-PDT combined with nursing care provides an effective therapy for condylomata acuminata of urethra,and the effect would be promoted with standard operation and favourable nursing care.
