神经外科住院患者医院感染分析

目的了解我科住院患者医院感染情况,探讨其危险因素. 方法对本科1995～2002年间出院的5 180例患者医院感染进行分析. 结果发现医院感染386例593例次,医院感染发病率(以下称发病率)7.45%,医院感染例次感染率(以下称感染率)11.45%;高血压脑出血和重型颅脑损伤患者的感染率分别高达67.36%和33.81%;医院感染部位以呼吸系统最多见,占62.4%;痰和血液培养,致病菌耐药现象普遍存在. 结论神经外科住院患者易感人群比例大,感染率高;医院感染部位不同,危险因素有所不同.

Nosocomial Infection of Inpatients in Neurosurgical ward

OBJECTIVE To investigate the nosocomial infection circumstance in neurosurgical ward, and explore the risk factors of nosocomial infection. METHODS An analysis of nosocomial infection circumstance had been accomplished among 5 180 patients who left hospital from our department ward during 1995-2002. RESULTS The nosocomial infection rate was 11.45% among inpatients of our department ward. The infection rate of (patients )with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was 67.36% and with serious craniocerebral injury was (33.81%. )Respiratory tract infection was the most common among all infections. Drug-fast pathogen is generally existed in blood and sputum culture. CONCLUSIONS As having a great proportion of susceptible crowd of (inpatients )of neurosurgical ward, the nosocomial infection rate is higher. Risk factors are different in various sites of nosocomial infection.
