经皮自体红骨髓移植治疗股骨骨不连的临床研究

摘    要:
目的探讨采用经皮自体红骨髓移植治疗股骨骨不连的效果。方法观察股骨骨不连患者82例,其中股骨粗隆下骨不连17例,股骨干骨不连52例,股骨髁上骨不连13例。用带锁髓内钉固定骨折端。取自体髂骨植骨。术后7d、15d骨折端注射复合骨形态发生蛋白的自体红骨髓。结果X线片显示2个月60例骨折端周围有大量新生骨痂,5个月75例有连续骨痂形成。平均愈合时间(7.2±1.8)个月。结论经皮自体骨髓干细胞复合骨形态发生蛋白移植,改善骨折区成骨能力,是治疗股骨骨不连的较好选择。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the effect of percutaneous autogenous bone marrow transplant on fe-mur nonunion after operation. Methods Eighty-two patients of femur nonunion were treated with autologous bone grafting after the fracture fixation by interlocking nails. Autogenous bone marrow, combined with bone morphogenetic protein(BMP), was percutaneously injected into the fracture sites 7 and 14 days after the operation. Results Mas-sive callus formation could be observed in 60 cases 2 months after operation and continus callus were formed in in 75 cases in 5 months (mean time 7.2±1.8 months). Conclusion Percutaneous autogenous bone marrow transplant is an optimistic therapy for all indicated cases by improving activity of osteoblasts in fracture sites to accelerate fracture healing.
