浙贝母鳞片衰退后期无机元素的动态变化

摘    要:
利用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱仪测定了浙贝母鳞片衰退后期无机元素的动态变化。结果表明,磷、硫、钾等元素变化的主流是不断撤退的,而铝等大部分元素的动态变化是撤退较少。新生器官生长所需要的无机元素主要是通过根从土壤中吸收的。

Abstract:
By means of inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy (ICP AES),the changes of inorganic elements in the senescent scales of Fritillaria thunbergii at the late stage were determined.The results showed that the main trends of the changes of P,S and K were continuously removing,while those of most elements such as Al were less removing.The inorganic elements for the growth of new organs were absorbed mainly from soil by the root.
