| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨姜黄素和奥沙利铂两种药物联用对肺腺癌细胞系A549细胞体外侵袭能力的作用,并观察对侵袭相关蛋白CD147表达的影响。方法:应用MTT法检测两种药物单用及联用后A549细胞的吸光度,并计算增殖抑制率;Transwell侵袭小室检测药物作用后A549细胞的体外侵袭能力;Western blot和免疫细胞化学检测药物作用前后CD147蛋白表达的差异。结果:姜黄素和奥沙利铂单用均能抑制A549细胞的增殖,呈量-效关系,联用时作用相加;奥沙利铂单用能抑制A549细胞的体外侵袭能力和CD147蛋白的表达,与姜黄素联用时抑制作用更明显。结论:姜黄素和奥沙利铂均可抑制人肺腺癌A549细胞的增殖和侵袭能力,在一定浓度范围内,呈量-效关系,而且两者联用具有相加作用,其抑制侵袭转移的机制可能通过下调CD147蛋白的表达而实现。
