垂体腺瘤卒中的诊断与治疗

目的　探讨垂体腺瘤卒中的诊断标志与治疗原则。方法　分析 2 2例垂体腺瘤卒中临床表现 ,CT和MRI等影像资料和临床病理检查 ,确定诊断的主要依据和诊断标准。回顾了垂体腺瘤卒中的治疗方法。结果　手术治疗患者术后视力恢复达 1.0 ,视野恢复正常 7例 ,视野部分恢复 8例 ,视野无改善 4例 ,恶化 1例。术后一过性尿崩症 1例 ,蛛网膜下腔出血 1例。结论　垂体腺瘤卒中的诊断主要依据CT和颅脑MRI检查 ,结合临床症状和有价值的体征。本病以手术治疗为主 ,注意防治术后并发症是治疗的关键。

Diagnosis and Treatment of Pituitary Adenoma Stroke

Objective To discuss the diagnostic standard and treatment principle of pituitary adenoma stroke. Methods The clinical manifestations, CT, MRI, pathological detection of 22 cases of pituitary adenoma stroke were analyzed. The main diagnostic according and diagnostic standard were obtained and the treatment methods were reviewed. Results The view and sight of 7 cases was recovery to normal postoperatively. The partial recovery of sight was 8 cases and no change was 4 cases. 1 cases went worse. There were 10 cases of transient diabetes insipidus. 1 case was subarachnoid space hemorrhage. Conclusion The diagnosis of pituitary adenoma stroke was mainly based on CT and MRI combined with clinical manifestation and findings. The treatment should be operation and pay attention to prevent the complications.
