PRK与LASEK对人眼波前像差的影响

目的:探讨PRK与LASEK手术对人眼波前像差的影响。方法:对46例(92眼)分别行LASEK手术(46眼)和PRK手术(46眼)中度近视眼患者进行为期1a随访观察。主要分析指标有:总高阶像差值、慧差值、球差值。结果:两组在3mo总高阶像差值、慧差值、球差值比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组在1a的总高阶像差值、慧差值、球差值的比较均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:PRK对中度近视眼患者术后波前像差在短期内的影响大于LASEK手术,随着时间推移二者趋于一致。

Effects of PRK and LASEK on wavefront aberration in human eves

AIM:To discuss the effects of photorefractive keratectomy (PRK) and subepithelial keratomileusis (LASEK) surgery on wavefront aberration in human eyesMETHODS: LASEK was performed in one eye in 46 patients with moderate myopia, and PRK in the other eye. The follow-up lasted for 1 year. The major indicators of analysis included higher-order aberration, sphere-aberration and coma-aberration.RESULTS: At 3 months after surgery, there were significant differences (P<0.05) in higher-order aberration, sphere-aberration and coma-aberration between the two methods. At 1 year after surgery, there were no significant differences (P>0.05) in higher-order aberration, sphere-aberration or coma-aberration between the two methods.CONCLUSION: PRK has greater impact on wavefront aberration of eyes with moderate myopia than LASEK in the short term. As time goes by the impacts of the two methods become the same.
