三种国产尼莫地平片剂的相对生物利用度研究

摘    要:9例男性健康志愿者交叉口服A、B、C3种国产尼莫地平片剂120mg,以HPLC法测定其血药浓度,研究了相对生物利用度。结果表明,尼莫地平在人体内的药动学符合开放两室模型,片剂B与A相比,Cmax有显著差异,B的相对生物利用度为94.76%,片剂C与A相比,Cmax差异极显著,AUC有显著差异,C的相对生物利用度为61.67%。

Abstract:The relative bioavailabilities of 3 domestic nimodipine(1) tablets(A,B and C) were investigated in 9 healthy male volunteers. A single oral dose of 120 mg of 1 tablets A,B or C was administered according to a randomized crossover design and blood concentrations of 1 were determined by HPLC. The pharmacokinetics of 1 conforms to open two compartment model. Compared with tablets A, C max was significantly lower for tablets B; for tablets C, C max was very significantly lower, AUC was significantly lower. The relative bioavailabilities of 1 tablets B and C were 94.76% and 61.67% respectively in comparison with tablets A.
