心理护理干预在癔症患者中的应用分析

目的探讨心理护理干预对癔症患者的精神症状与心理状态的改善效果。方法对我院2010年1月至2012年7月收治的35例癔症患者进行心理护理干预,采用癔症健康知识调查表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)及症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患者的精神症状与心理状态进行评估。结果心理护理后癔症患者对临床症状、疾病种类、病因、预后、人际沟通、寻求支持了解情况显著优于护理前(P<0.05),而对复发征兆、患者心理状态了解情况与护理前无明显差异(P>0.05)。护理后患者SCL-90、SAS评分显著低于护理前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预可显著改善癔症患者的精神症状与心理状态,有效提高治疗效果。

Appfication Analysis of Psychological Nursing Intervention in Patients with Hysteria

Objective To investigate the improvement effect of psychological nursing intervention for psychiatric symptoms and psychological status in patients with hysteria. Methods 35 cases of patients with hysteria from January 2010 to July 2012 were taken for psychological nursing intervention. The hysteria health knowledge questionnaire, self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and symptom checklist （SCL-90） were taken to assess the patient＇s psychiatric symptoms and mental state. Results After psychological nursing intervention, the hysteria clinical symptoms, type of illness, etiology, prognosis, human interpersonal communication, the situation to seek support and understanding for patients with hysteria were significantly better than before nursing （P 〈0.05）, but the recurrence of signs, mental status understanding and care-free were without significant difference than before nursing （P〉0.05）. After nursing, the SCL-90, the SAS score were significantly lower than before nursing, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The psychological intervention can significantly improve psychiatric symptoms and psychological status of patients with hysteria, and can improve the therapeutic effect effectively.
