| 摘 要： | 探讨滋阴心，补心气口服液对冠心病患者血液流变性影响及其治疗冠心病的机理。方法：实验组每日口服滋心阴、补心气口服液，对照组服用复方丹参片。结果滋心阴、补心气口服液组及复方丹参片对照组患者的全血粘度均有显著性下降，滋心阴，补心气口服液组患者各切变率下的全血粘度下降程度较复方丹参片组更为显著； |

| Abstract: | To investigate the effect of Zinxinym(ZXY) and Buxinqi(BXQ) oral liquid on hemorrheology of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and its mechanism. Methods:The treatment group received ZXY and BXQ oral liquid and the control group was given Fufang Danshen tablet. Results; After treatment, whole blood viscosity significantly decreased both in treatment group and control group(P<0. 05 or F<0. 01 ),the reduction of the treatment group is more significant than that of the control group. In treatment group,exythrocyte deforma-bility was higher,cell aggregation index and exythrocyte aggregation area were lower after treatment than before treatment (?<0. 05 or ?<0. 01). Conculsion;ZXY and BXQ oral liquid can effectively treat CHD by decreasing blood viscosity and exythrocyte aggregation and improving hemorrheology. |
