GP和EP化疗方案联合手术治疗对非小细胞肺癌患者临床疗效及免疫功能的影响

目的探讨GP和EP化疗方案联合手术治疗非小细胞肺癌患者的临床价值。方法选取2010年1月～2013年12月我院收治的非小细胞肺癌患者98例,采用随机数字表法分为研究组与对照组,各49例,研究组用GP化疗方案+手术,对照组用EP化疗方案+手术,分析治疗结果、免疫功能与生存率。结果研究组病灶完全缓解率、总缓解率、KPS评分、生存率、免疫功能优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 GP化疗方案(吉西他滨+顺铂)联合手术效果优于EP化疗方案(依托泊苷+顺铂),值得推广。

Effect of GP and EP chemotherapy combined with surgical treatment on clinical efficacy and immune function in the patients with non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate the clinical value of GP and EP chemotherapy combined with surgery in the treatment of patients with non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 98 patients with non-small cell lung cancer who were admitted to our hospital from January 2010 to December 2013 were enrolled.The random number table method was used to divide them into study group and control group,with 49 cases in each group.The study group was given GP chemotherapy+surgery.The control group was given EP chemotherapy+surgery.The treatment outcomes,immune function and survival rate were analyzed.Results The complete remission rate,total remission rate,KPS score,survival rate and immune function in the study group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined effect of GP chemotherapy(gemcitabine+cisplatin)and surgery is superior to that of EP chemotherapy(etoposide+cisplatin),which is worthy of promotion.
