甲状腺手术患者的围术期手术护理干预效果探讨

目的研究对甲状腺手术患者围术期实施手术护理干预的效果。方法选取2017年12月～2018年12月间我院收治的甲状腺手术患者82例,按照简单随机化的方法分为两组,分别为对照组和观察组,每组41例。对照组患者予以常规围术期护理,观察组患者则接受围术期手术护理干预,并对比两组患者的护理满意度、心理状况及相关并发症发生情况。结果观察组与对照组的护理满意度、心理状况及相关并发症发生情况对比,结果显示观察组护理满意度(95.1%)高于对照组(80.5%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组患者干预后SDS评分及SAS评分分别为(38.41±3.42)、(34.16±3.47)分,均低于对照组的(45.64±4.14)、(54.12±4.09)分,差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组并发症发生率(31.7%)低于对照组(53.7%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论通过对甲状腺手术患者实施围术期护理干预,在患者对护理过程的满意状况方面能够起到显著的改善效果,同时有效控制相关并发症的发生率,并且能够在一定程度上改善患者的心理状况,值得在后续的临床上进行推广应用。

Explorationof the effect of perioperative surgical nursing intervention in patients with thyroid surgery

Objective To study the effect of perioperative surgical nursing intervention in patients with thyroid surgery.Methods A total of 82 patients admitted in our hospital from December 2017 and December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups,including control group and observation group,with 41 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with perioperative nursing.The patients in the observation group received perioperative surgical nursing intervention.And the nursing satisfaction,psychological status and related complications of the two groups were compared.Results The nursing satisfaction,psychological status and related complications of the observation group and the control group were compared.It was found that the nursing satisfaction of the observation group(95.1%)was higher than that of the control group(80.5%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores after intervention of the observation group were(38.41±3.42),(34.16±3.47)respectively,which were all lower than(45.64±4.14)and(54.12±4.09)of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group(31.7%)was lower than that in the control group(53.7%),and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionPerioperative nursing intervention for patients undergoing thyroid surgery can significantly improve the patients''satisfaction with the nursing process,and effectively control the incidence of related complications,and can improve the patients''psychology to a certain extent.It is worthy of promotion and application in subsequent clinical practice.
