益肾清利活血汤联合替米沙坦对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床疗效

目的探讨益肾清利活血汤联合替米沙坦对慢性肾小球肾炎患者的临床疗效。方法 86例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组43例,对照组给予替米沙坦,观察组在对照组基础上加用益肾清利活血汤,3个月为1个疗程。然后,检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、LKN-1、RBP、TGF-β1、肾功能指标(BUN、Scr、24 h尿蛋白)、肝功能指标(AST、ALT)、血常规指标(WBC、HGB)、体征指标(心率、体温)、不良反应发生率变化。结果观察组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、LKN-1、RBP、TGF-β1、肾功能指标显著下降(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05),肝功能指标、血常规指标、体征指标、不良反应发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论益肾清利活血汤联合替米沙坦可降低慢性肾小球肾炎患者血清LKN-1、RBP、TGF-β1水平,延缓病情进展,预防肾功能恶化,安全性较高,临床疗效良好。

Clinical effects of Yishen Qingli Huoxue Decoction combined with timissartan on chronic glomerulonephritis patients

AIM To explore the clinical effects of Yishen Qingli Huoxue Decoction combined with timissartan on chronic glomerulonephritis patients.METHODS Eighty-six patients were randomly divided into control group(43 cases)for 3-month administration of timissartan,and observation group(43 cases)for 3-month administration of Yishen Qingli Huoxue Decoction and timissartan.Subsequently,the changes in clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,LKN-1,RBP,TGF-β1,renal function indices(BUN,Scr,24 h urine protein),liver function indices(AST,ALT),routine blood indices(WBC,HGB),sign indices(heart rate,body temperature),and occurrance rate of adverse reactions were detected.RESULTS Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the treatment,the two groups demonstrated markedly decreased TCM symptom score,LKN-1,RBP,TGF-β1 and renal function indices(P<0.05),especially for the observation group(P<0.05),and no significant differences in liver function indices,blood routine indices,sign indices and occurrance rate of adverse reactions were found(P>0.05).CONCLUSION For the chronic glomerulonephritis patients,Yishen Qingli Huoxue Decoction combined with timissartan can reduce serum LKN-1,RBP,TGF-β1 levels,delay disease progression and prevent renal function deterioration,with high safety and good clinical efficacy.
