HPLC法同时测定六味木香丸中4种成分

目的建立HPLC法同时测定六味木香丸(木香、余甘子、豆蔻等)中4种成分的含有量。方法该药物70%甲醇提取液的分析采用WondaSil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm);流动相乙腈-0.2%磷酸,梯度洗脱;体积流量1.0 mL/min;柱温30℃;检测波长210 nm。结果鞣花酸、胡椒碱、木香烃内酯、去氢木香内酯分别在16.06~321.20、20.66~413.20、7.00~140.00、15.76~315.20μg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 5),平均加样回收率分别为96.69%、97.26%、98.27%、97.75%,RSD分别为2.85%、2.66%、2.47%、2.83%。结论该方法简便准确,重复性好,可用于六味木香丸的质量控制。

Simultaneous determination of four constituents in Liuwei Muxiang Pills by HPLC

AIM To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous content determination of four constituents in Liuwei Muxiang Pills(Aucklandiae Radix,Phyllanthi Fructus,Amomi Fructus Rotundus, etc.). METHODS The analysis of 70% methanol extract of this drug was performed on a 30 ℃ thermostatic WondaSil C18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm), with the mobile phase comprising of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid flowing at 1.0 mL/min in a gradient elution manner, and the detection wavelength was set at 210 nm. RESULTS Ellagic acid, piperine, costunolide, dehydrocostuslactone showed good linear relationships within the ranges of 16.06-321.20, 20.66-413.20, 7.00-140.00, 15.76-315.20 μg/mL(r=0.999 5), whose average recoveries were 96.69%, 97.26%, 98.27%, 97.75% with the RSDs of 2.85%, 2.66%, 2.47%, 2.83%, respectively. CONCLUSION This simple, accurate and reproducible method can be used for the quality control of Liuwei Muxiang Pills.
