优质护理应用于电针与马来酸曲美布汀联合益生菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果

目的分析优质护理应用于电针与马来酸曲美布汀联合益生菌治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床效果。方法选取2016年7月～2018年6月期间收治的60例腹泻型肠易激综合征患者,均接受电针与马来酸曲美布汀联合益生菌治疗,随机分为对照组(n=31)与观察组(n=29),对照组接受常规护理,观察组接受优质护理,比较两组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组消化道症状评分低于对照组,观察组血清生长抑素、胃动素和血管活性肠肽水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。观察组治疗总有效为100.0%,高于对照组的87.1%,护理满意度(96.8%)高于对照组(80.6%),差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论优质护理应用于腹泻型肠易激综合征治疗中具有较好效果,可缓解患者消化道中症状,提高治疗效果,值得推广。

Clinical effect of high-quality nursing on electroacupuncture combined with trimebutine maleate and probiotics in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome

Objective To explore the clinical effect of high-quality nursing on electroacupuncture combined with trimebutine maleate and probiotics in the treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.Methods?Sixty patients with diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome who were admitted from July 2016 to June 2018 were selected.The patients were treated with electroacupuncture plus trimebutine maleate in combination with probiotics.The patients were randomly divided into control group(n=31)and observation group(n=29).The control group was given routine nursing and the observation group was given quality nursing.The clinical treatment of the two groups was compared.Results?After treatment,the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The serum levels of somatostatin,motilin and vasoactive intestinal peptide were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 100.0%,which was higher than that of the control group(87.1%),and the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.8%,which was higher than that of the control group(80.6%).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion?High-quality care has a good effect in the treatment of diarrhea-type irritable bowel syndrome,which can alleviate the symptoms in the digestive tract of patients and improve the therapeutic effect.It is worth promoting.
