甘油果糖联合甘露醇治疗脑出血并脑水肿的疗效观察

目的探讨脑出血并脑水肿患者行甘油果糖联合甘露醇治疗的效果。方法选取2017年12月～2018年11月我院收治的脑出血合并脑水肿患者103例,依据治疗方案的不同,将103例患者分为单一组(n=51)和联合组(n=52),分别行甘露醇和甘油果糖联合甘露醇治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后的颅内压、脑水肿体积、神经功能缺损程度、治疗效果及不良反应。结果两组患者治疗后的颅内压、脑水肿体积和神经功能缺损程度均明显低于治疗前(P0.05),且联合组患者治疗后的各项指标和不良反应发生率均明显低于单一组患者治疗后(P0.05),治疗有效率明显高于单一组(P0.05)。结论甘油果糖联合甘露醇治疗脑出血合并脑水肿的效果显著,且可改善患者的神经功能缺损情况、不良反应少,有效性和安全性均较高。

Therapeutic effect of glycerol fructose combined with mannitol on cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral edema

Objective To investigate the effect of glycerol fructose combined with mannitol in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral edema.Methods A total of 103 patients with cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral edema admitted in our hospital from December 2017 to November 2018 were enrolled.According to different treatment options,the 103 patients were divided into single group(n=51)and combination group(n=52).And the two groups were treated with mannitol and glycerol fructose combined with mannitol respectively.The intracranial pressure,cerebral edema volume,degree of neurological deficit,treatment effect and adverse reactions in two groups were observed before and after treatment.Results The intracranial pressure,cerebral edema volume and neurological deficit of the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05),the indicators and the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group were significantly lower than those in the single group after treatment(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency in the combination group was significantly higher than that of the single group(P<0.05).ConclusionGlycerol fructose combined with mannitol is effective in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage combined with cerebral edema,and it can improve the neurological deficits,with less adverse reactions,high efficacy and safety.
