Evaluation and exploration of the work quality assessment in the Tertiary Hospital functional departments

Objective:To exploremethods of the work quality assessment in the Tertiary Hospitalfunctional departments.Methods:To take the functional departments’work responsibilities and Tertiary Hospital evaluation standards and requirements as contents of the quality assessment,meanwhile conducting monthly,quarterly and annual quality assessments.Result:To establish a whole process and comprehensive,dynamic assessmentsystem.improve work efficiency,give full play to the enthusiasm of functional departments.Conclusion:The functional department’s work assessment and comprehensive target performance assessment are combined to im prove the quality of hospital connotation management.
