| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离手术的效果。方法：于29例（30只眼）黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离病人治疗中，采用冷凝联合巩膜外垫压或环扎、玻璃体腔注气，部分病例采用玻璃体切除联合硅油填充。结果：经随访观察4-12个月，手术后视网膜复位28只眼（93.3%)，未复位2只眼（6.7%)。结论：对黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离，根据具体病情，采用不同的手术方法进行治疗，可获得成功。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the effects of the surgery of macularhegmatogenous retinal detachment. Methods：29 patients（30 eyes）with macula rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were treated surgically.The surgical managements included cryosurgery combined with episcleral buckling or encircaling、intraviteal injection of gas，and in some cases，vitrectomy with silicon oil tamponade.Results：After followed up 4～12 months postoperatively，28 eyes achievedr eattachment of retina（93.3％），but failure in 2 eyes（6.7％）．Conclusions：The results suggest that the various surgery performed on macula rhegnatogenous retinal detachment may have good results. |
