摘    要:目的:通过分析乡镇卫生院人员对各项非经济激励因素的满意度,为制定符合农村卫生人员实情的激励措施提供依据。方法:定量调查和定性访谈相结合。结果:除工作环境满意度外,样本地区乡镇卫生院人员对其他非经济激励因素的不满意度都较高。结论:上级卫生部门以及乡镇卫生院自身应重视非经济激励因素的作用,努力消除员工的不满,促进员工的工作积极性。

Abstract:Objective:This article is to analyze the satisfaction on non-financial incentive factors of township health center personnel,and to provide evidence for formulating incentive measures conform to the practical situation of rural health personnel. Methods:In this study,we used both quantitative survey and qualitative interview. Result:Apart from the satisfaction on working environment,the proportion of those who felt unsatisfactory about the other non-financial incentive factors is higher than those who felt satisfactory among township health center personnel of both sample districts. Conclusion:Superior health authorities and township health center itself must pay attention to the impacts of non-financial incentive factors,so as to improve personnel's satisfaction and motivation.
