| 摘 要： | 目的:本文通过分析河南清丰、江苏高淳两县乡镇卫生院员工的经济激励因素状况,为今后设计和改善相应的乡镇卫生院人员经济激励制度提供政策建议。方法:采取了定量调查和定性调查相结合的方法。结果:乡镇卫生院人员的工资低、待遇差,和自己的期望值存在较大差距。如果收入和福利保障能达到期望水平,大部分人员表示其工作积极性将有明显的提高。建议:将乡镇卫生院人员工资和福利待遇列入国库统一支付,并建立合理的绩效考核制度,同时要重视非经济激励因素的改善。 |
