摘    要:目的:为脑蛋白水解物注射液活性检测方法的建立提供依据。方法:采用PC12细胞过氧化氢损伤修复法和钙蛋白酶抑制法对脑蛋白水解物注射液的活性进行检测。结果:2种方法均可检测出样品的活性。结论:2种方法各有优缺点,尚需进一步验证。

Abstract:Objective:To provide the foundation of developing the methods for determining bioactivity of cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection.Methods:The bioactivity of cerebroprotein hydrolysate injection was determined by repairing injured PC12 cells and inhibiting calpain.Results:The bioactivity of all the six samples could be determined by the both methods.Conclusion:The tow methods both have superiorities and deficiencies,and both need more validation.
