| 摘 要： | 目的探讨前列腺增生症患者前列腺突入膀胱的程度（IPP）与膀胱出口梗阻的关系。方法对369例前列腺增生症患者采用经腹超声测量前列腺突入膀胱的程度,并进行压力流率同步检测。结果前列腺1级者141例,39例（27.66%）有梗阻,前列腺2级者93例,51例（54.84%）有梗阻;前列腺3级者135例,95例（70.37%）有梗阻。前列腺2级者发生梗阻与前列腺1级者发生梗阻相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,前列腺3级者发生梗阻与前列腺2级者、1级者发生梗阻相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。不同IPP程度与膀胱流出道梗阻程度的比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.001）。前列腺增生患者膀胱出口梗阻程度与前列腺突入膀胱的程度有关。结论前列腺突入膀胱的程度与膀胱出口梗阻及梗阻的程度在尿动力学研究方面具有关联性。
