大剂量吡喹酮治疗皮肤型斯氏狸殖吸虫病的疗效观察

目的 :观察大剂量吡喹酮对人体皮肤型斯氏狸殖吸虫病的治疗作用。方法 :用吡喹酮治疗 3 2例皮肤型斯氏狸殖吸虫病患者 ,随访 3～ 6个月 ,观察患者游走性皮下包块及嗜酸性粒细胞的变化情况。结果 :经治疗后 ,全部患者的游走性皮下包块均已消失 ,嗜酸性粒细胞恢复正常。患者服药期间及随访时均未出现明显的不良反应。结论 :大剂量吡喹酮治疗皮肤型斯氏狸殖吸虫病具有疗效好、疗程短、耐受性好的优点。

A Clinical Observation of High Dose Praziquantel in the Treatment of Skin Type Paragonimiasis skrjabini

Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of high dose praziquantel in patients with skin type paragonimiasis sirjabini. Mothod: 32 patients were treated with praziquantel and were followed up for 3~6 months. Migratory subcutaneous mass and hemogram were boserved before and after treatment. Result: Migratory subcutaneous masses in the whole patients all disappeared and eosinophil got back the right of results after treatment. There was no adverse effect of the drug. Conclusion: High dose praziquantel has marked therapeutic effect on skin type paragonimiasis skrjabini. It is safe in administration and well tolerated. ;
