| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨银黄片中金银花最佳提取工艺。方法:采用正交设计法,以干膏收率及金银花中绿原酸含量为指标综合评价。结果:10倍水提取2次,每次2h。结论:上述试验结果可为银黄片中金银花最佳提取确定实验依据。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the best extraction process of Lonicera japonica Thunb from Yinhuang tablets.Methods: Orthogonal design was used to evaluate the index of the dired cream yield and the chlorogenic acid.Results: The extraction condition is 10-fold amount of water,2 times of extraction and 2 hours each time.Conclusion:The results could be used in the best extraction process of Lonicera japonica Thunb from Yinhuang tablets which provide experiment evidences. |
