代谢综合征护理综合干预观察

目的分析代谢综合征护理综合干预的实施价值。方法分析180例代谢综合征患者的临床资料,按照护理干预方法将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组行护理综合干预,对照组行护理常规干预,比较两组代谢综合征患者干预前后各项临床观察指标变化情况。结果实验组患者空腹血糖、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)、体重指数(BMI)、护理满意度等指标改善情况,均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论护理综合干预能够有效改善代谢综合征的危险因素,提高健康生活质量。

Comprehensive nursing intervention on metabolic syndrome

Objective To analysis the metabolic syndrome general nursing intervention on the implementation of the value. Methods Analysis the clinical data of 180 patients with the metabolic syndrome, according to the nursing intervention methods will be randomly divided into experimental group and the control group, experimental group lines of general nursing intervention, control group routine nursing intervention, compared two groups of patients with metabolic syndrome clinical observation indicators before and after the intervention. Results The fasting blood gludose in patients with, three acyl glycerin（TG）, high- density lipoprotein cholesterol（HDL-C）, systolic blood pressure （SBP）,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）, body mass index（BMI）, nursing satisfaction measures such as improving condition, were superior to control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion General nursing intervention can effectively improve the metabolic syndrome risk factors, improve the quality of health life.
