| 摘 要： | 目的总结分析鼻内镜鼻窦炎手术的疗效和相关影响因素。方法回顾总结479例慢性鼻窦炎患者,其中I型140例,II型254,III型85例。结果总治愈率83.09%,其中I型治愈率94.29%,其中II型治愈率83.86%,其中III型治愈率62.35%。术后出现3侧眶周血肿,其中1侧伴有复视,15侧鼻腔粘连。结论规范的鼻内镜手术配合良好的术后随访和合适的用药对于治疗慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉具有良好临床疗效。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the outcome and the related factors of endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods Retrospective analysis of 486 patients of chronic sinusitis, including type I 140 cases, type II 254 cases and type III 85 cases. Results The total cure rate was 83.09%, in which type I was 94.29% , type II was 83.86% and type III was 62.35%. Complications were found in 18 cases, including 15 cases of nasal cavity adhesion, 3 cases of orbital hematoma with one case of diplopia. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery has excellent outcome when treat chronic sinustitis, correct operation, regularly follow-up and suitable drugs may improve the surgical outcome and reduce the complication. |
