| 摘 要： | 目的探讨手术治疗慢性脓胸安全性及临床疗效。方法对该院2005年2月—2012年9月胸外科收治的30例慢性脓胸患者资料进行回顾性分析。结果治愈:21例,好转:7例,死亡:2例。治疗总有效率为93.3%。结论手术治疗慢性脓胸,需采取措施尽可能改善患者全身情况,如消除感染源及致病因素的同时,还应加强营养。手术闭合脓腔后,尽量保存与恢复肺功能。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the operation for treatment of chronic empyema, safety and clinical efficacy. Methods In our hospital from 2005 February to 2013 September were treated 30 cases of chronic empyema in Department of thoracic surgery were retrospectively analyzed. Results The cure：21 cases：7 cases, improvement, 2 cases of death. The total effective rate was 93.3%. Conclusion The operation for treatment of chronic empyema, measures should be taken as far as possible to improve the general conditions of patients, such as the elimination of the source and pathogenic factors of infection at the same time, we should strengthen the nutrition. Closed pus cavity after operation, as far as possible to save and restore pulmonary function. |
