| Abstract: | A IVF twin pregnancy in a patient who had previously undergone a myomectomy ended in a intrauterine infection, placental abruption and fetal losses at 21 weeks. Intrauterine Candidiasis may have played a role in the pathogenesis of the unsuccesful outcome. |
