短波并紫外线治疗慢性支气管炎对肺功能的影响

目的：探讨短波并紫外线治疗对慢性支气管炎的临床疗效及肺功能的影响。方法：60例慢性支气管炎患者随机分为理疗组和对照组各30例,均给予控制感染和祛痰镇咳为主的治疗。理疗组同时配合短波并紫外线治疗。治疗前后分别记录临床疗效及检测肺功能指标中用力肺活量（FVC）、第1s用力呼气量（FEV1）和最大通气量（MVV）。结果：治疗6-20d后,2组临床总有效率比较,理疗组优于对照组（96.7%、76.7%,P〈0.05）;肺功能检测,理疗组各项指标与治疗前及对照组比较均显著提高（P〈0.01）。结论：短波并紫外线综合治疗慢性支气管炎能加速气道和肺内炎症消失,改善肺通气功能,是重要的辅助疗法之一。

Effect of Shortwave and Ultraviolet Therapy on Pulmonary Function of Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

Objective: To study the effect of shortwave and ultraviolet therapy on pulmonary function of patients with chronic bronchitis. Methods: Sixty patients were divided into two groups: treatment group subject to regular treatment, shortwave and ultraviolet therapy; control group with regular treatment only. The clinical effects were recorded, and the pulmonary function indices such as FEC, FEV1 and MVV were tested before and after the treatment. Results: Compared with those of control group, the clinical manifestations were improved significantly in the treatment group (P<0.05). FEC, FEV1 and MVV were increased significantly in the treatment group as compared with those in control group (P<0.01). Conclusion: The shortwave and ultraviolet therapy not only play an important role in rehabilitation of the pulmonary inflammation, but also improve the pulmonary function.
